Betreibt man seinen BlackBerry nicht an einem BlackBerry Enteprise Server, so wird man schnell mit dem Problem konfrontiert, dass man seine Kontakte, den Kalender, die Aufgaben und Notizen nicht drahtlos synchronisieren kann. Syncamatic ist nun die erste Software – die ich kenne – die dabei Abhilfe schaffen soll. Die PIM-Daten können drahtlos zwischen dem BlackBerry, dem MAC sowie dem PC synchronisiert werden. Man muss sich für eine der beiden Modis entscheiden: Manuell (kostenlos) oder automatisch ($6,99 p.M.). Leider wird auf der Herstellerseite nicht geschrieben ob die Daten zwischengespeichert, oder direkt zwischen den Geräten synchronisiert werden.

Dank „der Vati“ hat sich herauskristalisiert, dass es noch gar keinen offiziellen MAC-Client gibt und dieser nur auf Anfrage beim Support als Beta-Version herausgegeben wird (Siehe Kommentar #2).
Also irgendwie versteh ich nicht wie das mit dem MAC (nativ) funktionieren soll ?!?
Die bieten ne BB und ne Outlook Software an… nix für MAC.

Nachdem ich 30min. nach nem download für MAC gesucht hatte und schon fast an mir gezweifelt habe…
Auf der Website von Syncamatic findet man zur Zeit nur einen download für und für Outlook. (Windows)
Ich habe gleich mal den Support angeschrieben und nach nem HowTo oder einer Software für MAC-User gefragt, denn es wird ja auf der Website für MAC und PC angepriesen.
Der support ist echt Klasse! Nach 5 min. kam die Antwort:

Hallo zusammen,
für MAC werden nur Kontakte und Kalender unterstützt…. keine MeMo´s etc.
Des Weiteren gibt es sowohl bei der Desktopvariante, als auch bei der BB-App keinerlei Einstellungsmöglichkeiten zum Sync-Vorgang.
Für mich wäre es außerdem interessant gewesen, wenn es endlich eine Möglichkeit gäbe, die Kontaktbilder mit zu syncen. Aber no way… Das bekommt nicht mal der der BlackBerry Desktopmanager (MAC) hin.
Mein Fazit:
Das alles bietet mir GoogleMail, bzw. GoogleSync schon seit Monaten und auch automatisch.
Wer mag, kann es mal testen… Es würde mich jedoch wundern, wenn es jemanden überzeugt
