Anfang September hatte A1 – Mobilfunkanbieter aus Österreich – die Firmware .173 freigegeben. Kurze Zeit später wurde diese wieder aus dem Netz genommen, da es zu Hitzeproblemen mit dem Akku kam. Dank Sascha von BlogBerry kann ich Euch wieder einen Downloadlink zur Verfügung stellen. Solltet Ihr selbst merken, dass der Akku zu heiß wird, so berichtet doch bitte darüber.

Vodafone hat das OS nun online gestellt.

Verizon (amerikanischer Mobilfunkanbieter) hat nun die aktuellste Firmware für den BlackBerry Tour veröffentlicht. Allerdings ist diese bis dato nicht als Download verfügbar, sondern muss über den BlackBerry Desktop Manager aktualisiert werden. Dank bbnews.pl kann ich Euch jedoch schon einen Megaupload Link anbieten.

Ein Changelog hat Boy Genius zusammengefasst:

• Improved MMS notifications
• Improved Visual Voice Mail app
• Improved sound quality for Bluetooth headsets and voice calls

  smartphone may have jumped to “Bluetooth® Setup,” leaving you
  unable to navigate back to email setup.
• If you tried to save changes to a contact that only contained a
  company name, you may have received the error message “Contact
  updated externally. Changes will be lost and the view closed.”

Der österreichische Mobilfunkanbieter A1 hat eine neue Firmware für den Storm online gestellt. Die Version 4.7.0.173 kann man direkt beim Carrier runterladen. Viel Spaß beim testen.

Dank Benedict habe ich soeben erfahren, dass die neuste (schon erwartete) Firmware für den Bold 9000 bei AT&T erschienen ist.

Lasst mal hören wenn ihr sie testet, ich selbst habe nämlich keinen Bold.

Es ist wieder soweit, es gibt ein neues Release der Firmware für den BlackBerry Storm von Taiwan Mobile. Bisher noch kein Changelog verfügbar, aber ich werde berichten sobald neue Infos auftauchen.
